Monte Blackburn Limited is currently preparing a hybrid planning application (part full / part outline planning application) for the following description of development:

“Hybrid planning application, comprising the demolition of the existing buildings, and construction of the vehicular, cycling and pedestrian access and spine road (full), and the construction of Class B2 and/or Class B8 employment units and drive thru units (Class E/Sui Generis), together with car and HGV parking areas, servicing areas, landscaping, SuDS features, and associated works (outline, all matters reserved except for access).”
